Just a quick note to thank you so much for an excellent performance by The Sugar Cubes at our wedding on 26-March-2011 in Finnstown House Hotel. Everyone we have talked to since the big day thought the band were excellent, as we did ourselves. We were so worried beforehand, that due to the elderly nature of our guests, the dance floor would be empty for large amounts of time, but this turned out not to be the case at all. The dance floor was full most of the time, with people dancing that never dance.
Their choice of music, the manner in which Eugene and the band introduced and sang the songs, was just excellent and gave the night a great feel. Please pass our thanks onto the other members of the band.

Hi Carol I can’t thank Sean Gallagher enough for his presentation. Enterprise Innovation Week, Sligo Instiute fo Technology February 24 2010
As I commented last night on twitter – awesome would not be a normal part of my vocabulary. Listening to Sean Gallagher of Smarthomes and Dragons Den last night as part of Enterprise Innovation Week in Sligo IT – the word entered my vocabulary for the first time. He gave an awesome and fascinating insight into the mindset of the entrepeneur. Awesome because he’s a skillful communicator and was able to guide the audience through the practicalities of safeguarding and growing a business in a downturn. The fascinating bit was the back story – and the roles and jobs he held including farmer, community worker, political advisor and County Enterprise Board Advisor.
