Shane O'Donoghue

Shane O'Donoghue is one of Ireland's leading sports broadcasters. He is the host of CNN's Living Golf TV show and fronts all of CNN's coverage of golf's four Majors and the Ryder Cup. He is a respected MC and after dinner speaker, who has garnered an impressive client list both at home and abroad. In Ireland he is well-known for his radio partnership with Ryan Tubridy on the award-winning "Full Irish" breakfast show in RTE 2FM (2002-2005), his hosting of Saturday Sport on RTE Radio One (2001-2003) and his many golf commentaries on RTE television. Pat Spillane
Pat Spillane, is a retired Gaelic footballer and well known Irish sports pundit. He played Gaelic football with his local club Templenoe and was a member of the Kerry senior inter-county team from 1975 until 1991. Spillane is regarded as one of the greatest players of all-time. He writes a weekly column in the Sunday World newspaper and is Team Captain on the new RTE series on ‘Put 'Em Under Pressure’ where well-known sports pundits battle against successful Irish sports stars to prove who knows the most about sport.

Jimmy McGee - Broadcaster 
Jimmy Magee is a longstanding RTÉ sports broadcaster. He was born in New York City, New York, USA and brought up in Greenore, a small town on the Cooley Peninsula in north Co. Louth, Ireland. Magee has been a broadcaster covering a variety of sports, including Gaelic football, soccer, basketball and various Olympic Games events for over fifty years.

George Hook - Broadcaster / Panellist
George Hook is an Irish journalist and broadcaster. He had a career as a rugby union coach and businessman, before becoming a rugby pundit with Irish television station RTÉ. He hosts the 'Right Hook' on the Irish national radio station News talk. George is available for a range of speaking engagements.

John McHenry
John McHenry is a retired European Tour Professional and is the current golf analyst and pundit for bot
h RTE and the Irish Examiner. John's highlights from his amateur golfing career are his victory in the Irish Amateur, the European Team Championships where he participated for Ireland and of course his sole representation on the GB & I Team for the Walker Cup in 1987. His Professional career highlights include 3 victories on the challenge tour, a T-2 in the South African PGA Championship as well as a third place finish in the Irish Open in 1998. John retired from the professional tour in 1999. Since then John is best remembered as the Head Professional and Director of Golf for the K Club's successful staging of the Ryder Cup in 2006. Never shy to express his opinion, John is a fund of information on all things sport, especially golf.

Micheal O Muircheartaigh
A native of Dingle, County Kerry, Micheál O Muircheartaigh has succeeded Micheál O Hehir as the quintessential voice of the G.A.A. This much loved former teacher, broadcaster, author and raconteur first came to prominence following the famed, Polo Grounds All Ireland Final of 1947 and for many years afterwards the instantly recognisable voice could be heard commentating on minor matches, as Gaeilge. He writes regularly for newspapers and magazines, including The Star, Farmer’s Journal.

Brent Pope - Rugby / Commentator
Brent Pope is a former New Zealand representative rugby player living in Ireland. A highly successful club Coach, Brent has won three national league titles with Clontarf and St Mary's, as well as the Leinster Senior Cup, Brent remains the only Leinster Coach to have ever won the national division 1 title. Brent is better known as a rugby pundit alongside George Hook for RTE television. He has co hosted his own live sports show with RTE and Newstalk Radio, has a weekly rugby column with some of Irelands leading newspapers an is a regular contributor to various rugby magazines, books and radio both in Ireland and New Zealand. He has appeared on many of Irelands highest rating television shows

Christy O'Connor Junior - Golf
After turning professional in 1970, Irish golfing legend Christy O’Connor Jnr was at the forefront of the PGA European Tour for over two decades. He won seventeen times in seven different countries during a very successful career on all PGA tours. Christy has played on both senior tours in Europe and the United States, but his real love these days is the creation of golf courses throughout Europe and now on an international level.

Tom McGurk - Rugby / Commentator
Over the years Tom McGurk has broadcast extensively on radio and television and written for newspapers in Ireland and the UK. He began broadcasting with RTÉ radio in 1972 and television in 1974.
Currently anchoring sports television, radio talk and current affairs on RTÉ, his principle work has been in drama and television documentary areas. He also writes a weekly column for the Sunday Business Post.

Joanne Cantwell
Joanne is the presenter of weekly rugby magazine programme Against the Head on RTÉ Two, and is also a match reporter on Premier Soccer Saturday. Alongside the likes of Jacqui Hurley and Evanne Ni Chuilinn, she is part of the new wave of women making their mark on RTÉ Sport. During the summer months, Cantwell works as a reporter on The Sunday Game, RTE’s main Gaelic games television programme.
