Carol Hanna began her career working for Tommy Hayden during Ireland's Showbands era.  During that time, Carol met a young Louis Walsh and so began a working relationship that has lasted for over 20 years.

In 1989 Carol & Associates was established. Since then, Carol has secured for corporate clients a list of stars including Westlife, Boyzone, XFactor's Jedward, Shane Ward, Rhydian and UK entertainer Noel Edmonds.
